Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management (ADGITM Delhi), formerly known as Northern India Engineering College. It was established in 2003 by “The Babu Banarasi Das Educational Society”. It was Formerly known as Northern India Engineering College (NIEC). The College is one of the low-budget private engineering colleges in Delhi.

ADGITM Delhi is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU New Delhi) and is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE New Delhi). The college campus is spread over 18 acres (73,000 meter square) of land at FC-26, Shastri Park in New Delhi.

Admission Procedure

Earlier, Admission to GGSIPU CET courses was made through the IPU CET Entrance Examination. Still, According to the official notification, the IPU will no longer conduct CET for B.Tech, BBA, and MBA from 2023. Admission to these CET Courses will be made through different entrance examinations. The admission process and the exam conducted authority are mentioned below:

B.Tech	All applicants must appear in the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main Paper 1 Conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The University shall not conduct its CET for admissions but shall utilise the merit of JEE Main Paper 1 for its admission. The admission would be based on merit/rank in the JEE Mains.
B.Tech LE	Applicants must appear in the CET conducted. The admissions would be based on merit/rank in the CET.
BBA	For Admission to BBA courses, candidates must be qualified IPU CET BBA entrance test, which will be conducted by GGSIPU Delhi.
MBA	Admission in MCA programme candidates has to clear the CAT entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech	Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately. Candidate must additionally have passed English as a subject of study (core/ elective/ functional) in the qualifying examination.
B.Tech LE	Three-year diploma (completed) in any of the following branches of Engg./Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Diploma awarding institute/university/board recognized by AICTE.
BBA	Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.
MBA	Any recognized 3 years or more Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Cutoff

How to Fill Application Form

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University only allows an online application form submission mode.

• First of all, visit the official website of GGSIPU.
• Fill in all the details in the application form and upload the scanned copies of the required documents as mentioned in the information brochure.
