National Law University Delhi is going to conduct AILET 2021 Counselling. The AILET counselling will be organized through online mode. This means aspirants will have to be present physically to participate in counselling. After the Result declaration, the qualified candidates will be called for the AILET counselling 2021 Process.
The AILET counselling is conducted separately for BA LLB (Hons), LLM and PhD. Candidates whose names are present in AILET 2021 merit list need to pay a counselling fee if they want to lock a seat for admission in any law course offered at NLU Delhi.
The selection of seats for the Under Graduate and Postgraduate courses in all the participating Institutions is based on the merit and performance of the candidate in the AILET 2021 Entrance Examination. AILET entrance test, the publication of test score and rank list will be followed by centralized counselling.

All India Law Entrance Test 2021
All India Law Entrance Test is also known as AILET. The board conduct the legal test for admission in National Law University, Delhi and other colleges accepting AILET Score Card. Through the Exam, Aspirants can get admission in UG & PG law courses like B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and PhD professional courses through this entrance exam. The AILET 2021 will be held online in various examination centres spread across 25 cities across India.
All India Law Entrance Test will also be conducted offline, for which law candidates seeking admissions in the NLU Delhi will have to apply for the law exam. NLU Delhi has announced the exam date for AILET 2021. However, the complete schedule is now available:

Counselling Process
Step-1: Applicant needs to click on the pdf file of the shortlisted candidates on the official portal of AILET 2021.
Step-2: Aspirants whose name appear in the merit list released will be issued call letters for participation.
Step-3: After receiving the call letters, candidates need to visit the venue mentioned and remit the AILET counselling 2021 fees by the last date mentioned.
Step-4: After completing the first slot, the university will release another list of qualified candidates for spot counselling only if seats remain vacant.
Step-5: The spot counselling will be started in September 2021 (expected). It will be the last round of the admission process.
Step-6: Spot Counselling only valid for those applicants whose name is in the waiting list category. Selected candidates have to deposit their admission fee before the due date to confirm their seats.

Candidates must bring the documents listed below in Original and along with one set of photocopies for verification during admission. - AILET Call Letter issued by NLU Delhi
- AILET 2021 Scorecard
- A valid Research Proposal (for the PhD program)
- Self -Attested Character Certificate from the school last attended
- Self -Attested 10th and 12th Class Certificate and mark sheets
- Self- Attested BA LLB mark sheet (for LLM and PhD programs)
- Self- Attested LLM mark sheets (for PhD Program)
- Caste Certificate signed by the concerned authority
- Bank Demand Draft drew in favour of “The Registrar, National Law University Delhi” that is payable at New Delhi
- Self-Attested Transfer Certificate
- Six Passport size photographs

How its Marit List Compiled
The counselling process of AILET 2021 will be done according to the merit list, by the conducting authority.
- Before you go to the counselling of AILET, you must register yourself to participate in AILET 2021.
- The counselling process of AILET 2021 is decided by different law schools that participate in the All India Law Entrance Test 2021 (AILET).
- National Law University Delhi will be conducting AILET 2021 counselling for the shortlisted candidates of law.
- Candidates will be required to submit all their original documents for scrutinizing at the time of counselling. Candidates who will receive call letters will be allowed to participate in counselling.

Seat Allotment
The Seats will be allowed to the Selected candidates after the Counselling procedure and documents verification process. The seat allotment Process will be held on offline mode. The Candidates Seat allotment will be done based on the candidate’s rank, category and preference filled during counselling. The aspirants are advised to report to their allotted college and confirm their seat by submitting the course fee within the given time, failing which their seat will be made vacant and allotted to the next candidate.
