BCECE 2020: Attention aspirants, the BCECE Entrance Examination has been scrapped by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) as per a recent notification, BCECEB will no longer conduct BCECE from 2020 onwards.

BCECE 2020From this year, the entrances to engineering and medical colleges in the state will take place through the JEE and NEET respectevly Both of these all-India exams are conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The qualified candidates of BCECE will be invited to participate in the counselling procedure of BCECE 2020.

However, the BCECE exam will be conducted through BCECEB. Interested Candidates will have to fill the application form of BCECE 2020 which will be available in the first week of March tentatively.

Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants are advised to read the full detail information on BCECE 2020 Eligibility criteria to check whether they are eligible or Not. Once going through all the necessary requirements, a candidate can apply for the Entrance. The eligibility conditions of BCECE is given below:

  • The candidate must be an Indian citizen and the must be the permanent resident of Bihar state.
  • He/she must have attained the age of 17 years as on 1st July 2020. This age criterion is only for agriculture courses.

Application Form

The BCECE Exam Board has invited candidates to fill in the BCECE 2020 Application Form from 19 February2020. Aspirants need to visit the official website of BCECE to fill up the Application Form. The BCECE 2020 Application Form is consist of two parts. One needs to fulfil Part A with all the Basic detail to generate a challan. Application Form Correction

Candidates applying for BCECE 2020 need to fill up the application form with utmost care but if anyhow you encounter any chance of correction then you can rectify your wrong entries in the allotted period only. Students must keep in mind that Online editing in category and courses group cannot be entertained. The correction period will be started from 27 to 29 March 2020

Exam Pattern

All the questions asked in BCECE 2020 are up to the standard of 12th level. For each correct response, the candidate will get 4 marks. For each incorrect response, one mark will be deducted from the total scores.

Admit Card

BCECE 2020 admit card will be issued to all the students by BCECE on 6 April 2020 Entrance Exam. The mode of issuing the admit card will be online only and one has to login into the official website of BCECE to download the Admit Card. Candidates have to enter their Registration ID and other mandatory Credential Like DOB, NAME, Security Pin etc to download their admit card. The board will issue two separate admit card for 1st and 2nd stages of BCECE. Only those candidates who qualify BCECE Stage-1 will be eligible to download the admit card for stage-2 examination.

The Examination Authority will publish BCECE result 2020 on its official website. The expected date for BCECE 2020 stage 1 Examination may schedule in the first week of May whereas BCECE 2020 stage 2 result will be announced in the first week of June 2020.

Cut off

The BCECE cutoff 2020 is the minimum marks prescribed by the board for the selection of students. Merit list, including the rank of candidates, will be designed on these Cutoff scores. Aspirants who apply for BCECE 2020 need to clear the Cut off for both the stages to finally get selected. A candidate who clears the 1st stage is only eligible for Second stage Examination. Two separate admit card is being issued by the Conducting Board for 1st and 2nd stage Exam.

Only those Candidates who have passed the above qualifying examination by clearing the cutoff will be considered for admission. Successful candidates will be invited for central counselling session based on the score obtained in BCECE (UG). There are more than 40 Exam centres are assigned where a candidate appearing for BCECE can give the entrance test.
