    BHU (Banaras Hindu University) will conduct BLAT 2020 for candidates to get admission in its 5-year BA LLB program; seat intake is anywhere between 30 and 60. BLAT 2020 entrance exam will be conducted on 21 May 2020, with candidates having the option to choose between computer-based test (CBT) and pen-based modes. The pen-based test will be available in 45 cities, whereas CBT mode will be conducted in 115 cities across India.     Eligibility Criteria

    Admission to the BA LLB program is open to those candidates who meet the BLAT eligibility criteria prescribed by the Banaras Hindu University relating to qualifying exam passed and marks obtained in the qualifying exam. Any candidate who doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria of BLAT will not be offered admission under any circumstances.

    Application Form

    BHU (Banaras Hindu University) will release the application form of BHU BLAT 2020 in online mode on 30 January 2020. The candidates seeking admission to the 5-year integrated law program duly fill the BLAT 2020 application form before the last date and submit the application fee.

    Admit Card

    Exam authorities will upload the admit card of BLAT 2020 on the BHU entrance portal and also send it to the registered email id of the candidate. The BLAT 2020 admit card will be released about a week prior to the exam and is mandatory for appearing in the exam. It will carry important information like the name and roll number of the candidate, date and time of the exam, and also exam centre details.

    The syllabus for BHU Law Entrance includes objective question based on diverse topics. The subjects that the syllabus comprises are English Comprehension, General Awareness and Current Affairs, Aptitude and Mental Ability and Common Legal Knowledge.

    • The exam paper will include two sets of multiple-choice questions based on Language Comprehension in Hindi and English.
    • For candidates who have opted English as the medium of answering will have to attempt English Comprehension questions given in the paper.
    • For candidates who have opted for Hindi as the medium of answering will have to attempt Hindi Comprehension questions provided in the question paper.

    The BHU BLAT 2020 Expected Cut off is the minimum marks prescribed by the selection board for the selection of candidates in colleges accepting BHU BLAT Scorecard. The Merit list of the candidate will be designed on these Cut off scores. Aspirants who apply for the colleges need to clear the Cut off to finally get selected for their dream college.     Answer Key

    First BHU will release a provisional answer key for all answers of all 150 MCQs asked in the entrance exam. Using the answer key of BLAT 2020, the candidate will be able to calculate probable scores before the declaration of result and thus their chances of admission. When calculating probable scores, one must refer to the official marking scheme. Any candidate who is not satisfied with a key given in provisional BLAT answer key 2020, they will be able to file their complaints. Exam officials after considering all such complaints or challenges received by it will then release the final BLAT answer key.


    Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will declare the result of BLAT 2020 in online mode around the 3rd week of June 2020 on BHU entrance portal; alternately the result link will also be updated on this page for the benefit of the candidate.
