The UPCET Counselling 2021 is divided into a total of 5 Rounds. Right from registering for counselling to choice filling, everything will be online. So it is a matter of prime concern to have a grip on the entire counselling process. Let us discuss the schedule, eligibility and activities associated with UPTU Counselling 2021.
Below is given procedure how to fill the counselling form:-
Step-1 – Registration, Document uploading & Payment of counselling fee:
(a). First, the Candidates will have to register themselves to participate in the counselling of UPCET 2021.
(b). During registration, aspirants will have to provide their credential information.
(c). After the successful registration, candidates will be required to fill in the required details and pay the admission fees through online mode (credit/debit card or net banking).
(d). After that, your candidates will have to upload the required documents.
Step-2 – Document verification: Aspirants will have to upload the scanned images of required documents.
Step-3 – Filling of choices: Aspirants will have to provide their preferred college and courses in order of preference. Candidates can select the college according to their choice and preference.
Step-4 – Seat allotment result: Based on the merit list, choices filled, and availability of seats, candidates will be allotted seats in B.Tech programmes.
Step-5 – Seat Confirmation or Online willingness by the candidates: Aspirants can select either of three options to confirm seat allotment – Freeze, Float or Withdrawal.
- Freeze: If a student is satisfied with the allotted seat, they can choose the option as Freeze
- Float: If candidates have doubt and also wants to get their seat upgraded in next round, they can select the option as Float
- Withdrawal: Candidates if not satisfied with the allotted seat and wishes not to participate in further admission process can select Withdrawal
Step 6 – Physical Reporting at the college: After the counselling process, the Candidates allotted seats will have to report to the allotted college and all required documents to confirm their allotted seats.
