Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) will conduct CUSAT CAT Counselling 2021. The candidates who are willing to get admission through CUSAT will be required to secure perform well in the entrance test. The aspirant would be selected for admission based on rank obtained in CUSAT 2021 examination. The shortlisted candidates have to follow the steps to get admission through CUSAT Counselling 2021.
STEP 1– Registration and Choice Filling
The aspirant qualified for CUSAT CAT Counselling Procedure 2021 has first to register themselves using their username and password which was created during the online application form of CUSAT 2021. after that, the candidates have to register themselves by giving the details asked there and have to fill the choice of colleges and courses as per their choice. The aspirant is advised to fill up maximum choice.
The candidates have to choose the seat very carefully because once the registration form submitted; the candidates would not be able to make any changes. A link will be activated when the application process gets started.
STEP 2- CUSAT Seat Allotment 2021 Process
After successfully registration and choice filling, the candidates will be allotted seats. The official conducting body will be allocated to the candidates based on their choice of seats, rank in CUSAT 2021 and seat availability. The candidates will be informed about seat allotment through main, and the candidates can also check seat allotment on the official website of CUSAT 2021. A seat allotment letter is generated to the qualified candidates, and the candidates have to download the same. The candidates have to bring the seat allotment letter at the counselling venue.
STEP 4- Fee Payment
The candidates who have been allotted seats during the seat allotment process have to accept the allotted seat. Aspirant can accept allotted seat by making the admission fee (as given on this page below). The candidates have to pay admission fee using the payment mode suggested at the CUSAT CAT Counselling 2021 venue. The candidates need to note that if the candidates don’t turn up and accept the allotted seat, their seats will automatically be cancelled, and the candidates will lose their candidature.
STEP 5- Reporting at the Allotted CUSAT Counselling 2021 venue.
After payment of the admission fee, the candidates have to report at the allotted college. The candidates must report at the allotted college under the specified date and time. The candidates who fail to report at the allotted college, their admission might be treated as cancelled.
STEP 6- Document Verification at CUSAT Counselling 2021 Venue
The candidates have to report at the allotted college along with required documents for verification purpose. The list of required documents is given below. The candidates have to report at CUSAT Counselling 2021 venue between 9 AM to 10 AM. The candidates who fail to report within the given timeline will not be allowed to enter the counselling hall. The candidates have to bring the original copy of the required documents and 2 sets of attested copy of the same.
