    It is also known as the Delhi CET 2020 Examination.     Delhi Polytechnic 2020

    Delhi Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2020 is a state-level entrance exam which is held in offline mode, i.e. pen-paper based mode.     Eligibility Criteria

    Test Eligibility Criteria
    Test-1 The candidate should have passed 10th class or any other examination recognized as equivalent to 10th class examination, conducted by CBSE / other board with minimum 35% or 3.7 CGPA aggregate. The subjects Science, Mathematics and English are compulsory and the candidate should have passed in each of these three subjects.
    Test-2 The candidate should have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
    Delhi in any stream of 10+2 or any other 16 examinations recognized as equivalent to the Senior Secondary School Certificate with minimum 35% marks in aggregate of the best three subjects including English for MOP (Eng.) and Hindi or Sanskrit for MOP (Hindi).
    Test-3 Candidates should have Passed 12th Std. examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics / Biology (Botany and Zoology).
    Test -4 Candidates should  have Passed 12th Std examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics / Biology ( Botany and Zoology) OR 12th Science (with Mathematics as one of the Subject)

    Delhi CET Exam Pattern

    CET Delhi is the written examination. The question paper of Delhi Polytechnic 2020 will consist of 150 MCQs (multiple choice questions).

    Basic Guidelines:

    • Mode of Exam will be: Exam will be conducted offline Mode.
    • Types of Questions: Objective types
    • Total No. of Questions: The total no. of question will be 150 (210 for pharmacy) objective type questions.
    • Negative Marking: One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
    • Scheme of Marking: The questions will be objective type and each question will carry four marks for each correct response.
    • Total Time for Examination: 2 Hour 30 Min
    • Language: The question paper language will be English and Hindi


    Delhi CET (Delhi Polytechnic) 2020 will be conducted in pen-and-paper based mode and include objective type questions. The syllabus of Delhi CET 2020 will be based on Class IX and X syllabus of CBSE questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and English.     Delhi CET 2020 Application Form

    The Delhi Polytechnic 2020 Online application form has been released already. candidates can apply for the Delhi CET examination through the online mode. Below we have given the step by step procedure to apply for the Delhi CET 2020 examination.

    How to Apply

    Step-1: Registration – Firstly, candidates will have to register themselves To start the registration process candidate has to select the test and enter required details like name of the candidate and parents, gender, communication details, and select a password.

    Step-2: Fill the Application form – After the Registration Process, the candidate will have to fill the application form. To fill the application form candidates will have fields the details like personal details and education details.

    Step-3: Upload scanned images – The applicants will have to upload a scanned photograph, signature and left thumb impression in the prescribed format.

    Step-4: Application fee Payment – The application fee for appearing in the exam is Rs. 400 (excluding bank charge of Rs. 15 and GST of Rs. 3). The fee can be paid online.

    Step-5: Submit the application– After fill, all the details successfully confirming that the application form is complete in all respects, submit it.

    Step-6: Download Application Form- After the Successfully submit the application form download a copy of application form for future reference.

    Admit Card 2020

    The Delhi Polytechnic 2020 Admit Card will be released on the 3rd week of May 2020. The link of admit card will be activated soon. Once the Admit card link will be activated candidates will be able to download their admit card. Admit card is a mandatory document. candidates are advised to bring admit card with them while going for examination and counselling process.


    The result of Delhi CET 2020 will be declared on 2nd week of June 2020, but only for those candidates who have qualified in the exam. Qualified candidates will be eligible for participating in Delhi CET counselling. The Counselling process will start on 2nd week of June 2020.
