Delhi CET 2018 is conducted for the admission in various Polytechnic (Diploma) courses by the Department of Training and Technical Education, Delhi. CET 2018 Delhi is the state level entrance Examination of Delhi which is controlled by the Department of Training and Technical Education.

Delhi CET 2018 Paper Pattern
CET Delhi is the written examination. The question paper of Delhi Polytechnic 2018 will consist of 150 MCQs (multiple choice questions).

- Students are required to use only black ball pen or, Blue ball pen to mark answers.
- Negative Marking: Yes! There is a provision of Negative Marking. One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer, 1/4.
- Scheme of Marking: The questions will be objective type and each question will carry four marks for each correct response.
- Total Time for Examination: 2 Hour 30 Min.
- Language: The question paper language will be English and Hindi.
Delhi CET 2018 Syllabus
This Delhi Test-1 is organized for engineering / non-engineering courses. The article contains questions in physics (40 questions), chemistry (30 questions), mathematics (50 questions), biology (15 questions) and English (15 questions).
The question paper is prepared as per the CBSE syllabus of class IX and class X.
Applicants who wish to take a diploma course in the practice of modern office – English should appear this test. This test is also organized for admission to a one-year certificate course in Hospitality Operations, Retail Services and Finance. It includes English comprehension sections, which include grammar (60 questions) of the level 12 class, current affairs (45 questions) and logical and analytical capacity (45 questions).
This test is organized for providing admission to a diploma course in Modern Office Practice – Hindi. Total 150 questions from Hindi Comprehension including Grammar (60 questions) of the class 12th level, Current Affairs (45 questions) and Logical & Analytical Ability (45 questions) will be asked in the examination.
Test 4 Syllabus
Candidates for admission to a pharmacy diploma course may request this test. A total of 210 questions will be asked in this test, of which students should try to answer only 150 questions. The article will include questions in physics (45 questions), chemistry (45 questions), mathematics (60 questions) and biology (60 questions). Physics and chemistry are the compulsory subjects, while there is a choice between the subjects of biology and mathematics.
The syllabus is based on 11th & 12th class syllabus of CBSE Board.
Test 5 Syllabus
It is organized for lateral entry admission in analogous diploma courses. ITI/10+2 (Vocational Stream) pass outs can appear on this test. The question paper will comprise of Physics (60 questions), Chemistry (30 questions) & Mathematics (60 questions) subjects.
Candidates can prepare for this test from the 10th, 11th & 12th class syllabus of CBSE board.
