The Delhi Polytechnic 2021 exam application form is available online mode on the official website. The DSEU CET 2021 (formerly known as Delhi CET) is conducted to offer admission in various full-time diploma courses in engineering, technology, pharmacy, etc. Delhi CET is a state level polytechnic exam organized by the Department of Training and Technical Education, Delhi. Still, from this year, the entrance exam will be conducted by Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University.

About Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU)

The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) has been established through an act of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely the “Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University Act, 2019” (Delhi Act 04 of 2020), to provide quality education in applied sciences and skill education. The University aims to equip students with world-class skill education to enable access to aspirational jobs and inculcate entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship. DSEU shall create a win-win for the youth and the industry by filling the existing gaps in skill training.

Design-based / Creative Economy CoursesAllocation of seats based on online counselling conducted by DSEU. Allocation of seats based on online counselling conducted by DSEU. The eligible candidate shall appear for the Common Entrance Test conducted by DSEU. The university will offer admissions through a merit list created based on marks obtained by the candidate in CET (Common Entrance Test).
In addition, the candidate seeking admission to design-oriented Diploma Courses must have obtained qualifying marks as specified by the University in Section D of CET.

DSEU will conduct only one Common Entrance Test (CET) for all its Diploma courses on the given date. The test is divided into 5 sections, and the structure of the Common Entrance Test is as follows:

General Rules and Regulations for CET 2021

  • The Common Entrance Test (CET) for candidates applying for Full-Time Diploma courses [Including Diploma in Pharmacy] will be conducted in an Online Mode with remote Invigilation / proctoring.
  • Candidates would be able to take the test from a place of their choice. They must however ensure that the place in which the test is being taken must have proper lighting and no one else should enter the same during the entire duration of the test

How to fill Online Application Form?

This section provides detailed information about filling the online application form of DSEU CET Delhi, step-by-step guidance. Let’s have a look.

Step 1: Please click on the “Apply Now” button given on the home page of the DSEU (DSEU) Application Portal from the website: http://dseuonline.in
Step 2: On clicking the link, you will be directed to a new page as given below. Please click on the
“New Registration” link.


Step 3: When you click the link, you will be shown a Registration Form asking for various details. Fields for mandatory information are marked with “*”. These fields cannot be left blank. Once you fill in the details, you can click on the “Sign up” button at the bottom for completing the registration process.

When you click the “sign up” button here, you will get a new pop-up asking you to confirm the filled details in the registration form. Please note that details submitted during registration cannot be changed later. So make sure you do not make errors in the information you fill in this step. If all details are correct, click “Confirm” to complete the registration process or click on “Change” to go back and edit the details.

Step 4: Activation and validation of Registration: On successful submission of registration details, you will be shown a confirmation message on the screen as below:


You will also receive an email on the e-mail ID provided by you in the registration form and a validation code on your registered mobile number. The email will contain an activation link. You need to click this activation link to confirm and complete your registration process.

Delhi CET 2021 Fee Mode

• No separate counselling fee shall be charged by the institution.
• Security Deposit shall be forfeited if not collected within 03 years after completing the
course. And the payment through DD / Cheque / Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  7. SC / ST / Person with Disabilities/Divyang (PWD)/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority/Defense Category / Kashmiri Migrants / TFW/ Minority Status Certificate(s) / EWS whichever applicable, on the basis of which reservation is claimed
  8. Conduct and Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution from where the qualifying examination has been passed/or from a Gazetted Officer
  9. Certificate of Medical Fitness to be signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner
  10. Undertaking regarding the prohibition of ragging
  11. Transfer Certificate/School leaving Certificate/Migration Certificate
  12. Declaration/Undertaking for non-migration (inter-polytechnic/institute) after admission.
  13. Undertaking by the student for maintaining Discipline in the Institute during the course of study

NOTE:- Original and two self-attested copies of documents
* If the original certificate is not awarded at the School level, a Provisional Certificate /Downloaded copy of the marks sheet duly authenticated by the concerned School Principal may be considered.

Counselling Fee

For Admission to diploma programmes, the candidates will be required to deposit Rs’ one-time counselling fee. For details, refer to 14.2.1. 700/- (Non-refundable) plus bank charges (as applicable).
