DSEU Shakarpur Campus is formerly known as Ambedkar Institute of Technology. It is affiliated with Delhi Skill Entrepreneurship University (DSEU). The institute was Established in 1986 by the Department of Training & Technical Education (D.T.T.E.), Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi. Initially, it shared its campus with the Pusa Institute Of Technology, and on 6th Dec. 1996, it was shifted to its present location in Shakarpur, Delhi.

Note: Candidates applying for Undergraduate courses (B.A./ B.Com./ B.Sc./ BBA/ BMS) must take the mandatory non-proctored interest profiling test called PEG. The test is available online at the University website, i.e. https://dseu.ac.in/dseu-peg-test/, and is free of cost. The test does not require any preparation and takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.
