DU Offered Scholarships To Students Whose Parents Are Deceased/Unemployed

Attention Aspirants, The Delhi University is mulling over giving full scholarships to students whose parents are deceased/ are unemployed. The Delhi University has recently released a notification, and according to this notification, the Delhi University is considering to provide a full scholarship to the students whose both parents are deceased/unemployed and half fee waiver to those students whose earning member is decreased in order to cover their college/University Fee.

The online registration for undergraduate programmes has started from yesterday at 8 pm. However, Admission in PG and MPhil courses will start from June 3. The University administration has also released instructions regarding the list of documents required for admissions and registration process at the official website, du.ac.in.

DU increases seats for EWS category

This year, the varsity will be affecting a 10% increase in seats for EWS Category and there will be a rise of close to 6,000 seats. While going for the registration process, the students will have to specify whether they are from Economically Weaker Sections and will have to upload a certificate as proof.
