Indian Institute of Information Technology Lucknow is one of the IIIT institutes located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It is also known as IIIT Lucknow, and it was established in 2015. The Institute is being set up with the financial contributions of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) – Government of India, Government of Uttar Pradesh. For its first academic session 2015-16, classes started from the mentor Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad’s campus.
IIIT Lucknow admitted its first batch of B. Tech. in Information Technology with an intake of 50 students w.e.f. The academic session 2015-16.
