The IISER Aptitude Test 2021 is also known as the IAT entrance exam. The Institution will organize a national level examination, that is, the IISER Aptitude Test. The IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) will be an Online mode (Computer Based Test) held in India. The questions will be 15 questions will be asked from each subject wise that means the total number of question is 60.

Basic Guidelines
- Number of Question: A total of 180 questions will be asked in the exam.
- Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted through online (computer-based) mode.
- Marking Scheme: 3 marks will be given for each correct response.
- Exam duration: The duration of the exam will be about 3 hours.
- Subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology subject from any recognised Board for Secondary Education.
- Type of Question: In the examination, 180 multiple choice type questions will be asked.

A. There are three channels available for admission into IISERs:
KVPY (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana)
IIT-JEE (Advanced)
SCB (State and Central Boards).
A. Each IISER is an autonomous institution. Therefore, the degree award by individual IISERs.
A. No. You should apply through our regular application portal. International students are those candidates who are NOT citizens of India by birth or naturalized and do not belong to PIO/OCI category, and whose parents are not citizens of India and do not come under PIO/OCI category at the time of applying.
A. Yes. The top 10000 rank holders (including the foreigners) in the CRL of IIT JEE (Advanced) become eligible for admission to the BS/BS-MS programme of IISERs. Foreign candidates can apply only through the JEE-Advanced channel. Application of a foreign candidate through any channel other than JEE-Advanced will reject.
A. Yes. Applicants are required first to do the registration on the application portal. Then, this registration account could use to Fill the application form(s) of any of the three channels. Each channel requires a separate online application and payment of the application fee. The applicant must check the eligibility criteria for each channel through which they wish to apply.
A. Yes, only if you are applying through the SCB channel.
A. The mode of IISER 2021 is computer-based (online).
A. The IISER 2021 question paper will be available in Hindi & English languages. Candidates will be able to choose as per their preference.

Very few questions asked from bio. You should also think about the student who optionally take the maths subject how can they score better marks in maths.
