KEAM 2020 Eligibility Criteria: Attention Admission seekers, the Commissioner for Entrance Examination Kerala has released the Online Application Form for KEAM 2020 Examination. candidates can apply for the said examination through online mode. The Commissioner of Entrance Examination Kerala will conduct the KEAM 2020 examination on 16 July 2020 across 14 district centres in Kerala, Mumbai, New Delhi and Dubai.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification Required

Qualifying Exam:-Candidates who will be  12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board can apply for this exam.

Subjects:- Mathematics, Physical Science (Science) and English are mandatory subjects in the qualifying examination and applicants should pass with these subjects from any recognized board.

Minimum Marks:- Candidates belonging to socially and economically backward classes have a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination. They only need 45% marks in Mathematics/ Biology and 45% marks in Mathematics/ Biology, Physics and Chemistry put together.

Appearing Candidate:- Those are studying their 12th class can also apply and applicants, those results are awaited or yet be declared can are also eligible to apply for this KEAM 2020 Entrance exam.

AGE Limit

Age Criteria:- Lower Age Limit: For KEAM 2020, the age limit is 17 years as on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

Upper Age Limit: There is no maximum age for applying.

Nationality

  • Candidates must be an Indian Citizen.
  • All Candidates of Indian Origins (PIO) /Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders can also apply for the examination.
  • Candidate must be a domicile of Kerala.
  • Candidates who will be  12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board can apply for this exam.
  • Candidate must have obtained minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathes subjects. It is necessary to score 50% marks in mathematics individually.
  • Students appearing in the Higher Secondary examination are also eligible to apply. Provided, they must pass the examination with the above-mentioned criteria in order to be eligible to take admission through KEAM 2020.
