Eligibility Criteria
We have mentioned below all the important information about the eligibility criteria for the reference of the applicants:
| B.Sc Nursing | The Candidate should be completing 17 years on or before 31st December 2024. The Candidates completing the age of 17 years on 1st January 2024 or later will not be eligible. The upper age is 30 years as on 31/12/2024 further provided that this upper age limit is relaxed by a period of five years for the candidates belonging to SC/ ST. The minimum education requirement – Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (12 years study) (or) Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2), Pre-degree examination (10+2) (or)Any equivalent with 12 years schooling from recognized board or university with science (Physics/Chemistry/ Biology/English) with minimum of 45% marks. 5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates may be given. |
| M.Sc Nursing | The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council. The Candidate must have the minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc Nursing /BSc Hons Nursing/Post Basic B.sc Nursing with the minimum of 55% aggregate marks. The candidate should have undergone B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) in an institution which is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Minimum one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc. (Nursing). Minimum one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing). 5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates may be given. No age limit. |
