Eligibility Criteria

Courses Eligibility Criteria
BA LLB (Hons.) Candidate must be passed 10+2 or equivalent with 45% minimum marks in aggregate from any recognized board.
LLM Candidates must have a 3 years L.L.B. degree/ 5 years Integrated L.L.B. degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Instituteuniversity/College.
PhD

Candidates must have a master’s degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute. OR Company Secretary having a bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized Institute. OR A Judge who has served for minimum 3 years as a Judge of High Court/ Supreme Court of India. OR A Charted Accountant having a bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized Institute. OR A faculty member who is permitted by Vice-chancellor of MNLU.

PG Diploma Programme Candidates must have a graduate with not less than 50% marks (45% in case of reserved categories of Maharashtra) from a recognised University. Students undertaking five-year integrated Degree Courses shall be eligible for admission. There is no age limit.
Certificate Programme Candidate has any graduate from a recognised University. Students undertaking Five-year Integrated Degree Courses shall be eligible for admission (only Fourth and Fifth Year students). There is no age limit.
