MAT 2018 Eligibility Criteria
- Admission Seeker must have graduation degree from UGC recognise Institution.
- Students studying in the final year of graduation may apply.
Note: There is no age limit for MAT 2018.
MAT 2018 Exam Pattern
The aptitude test will be in multiple choice question format.
The details of MAT 2018 Exam pattern is given below:
- Test Mode: MAT 2018 is conducted in online (CBT) as well as offline mode (PBT).
- Number of Questions: The test contains 200 questions divided into 5 sections.
- Sections Covered: There will be total 5 sections in MAT exam.
- Exam Duration: The test is of 2 hours 30 minutes.
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be given to each correct answer.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

How to apply?
MAT 2018 application fees are Rs 1652/- (Inclusive of GST). Candidates can apply through any one of three following modes:
- Online Payment: By registering online via Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card) payment. The detailed procedure is given on the official website.
- Demand Draft: Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1652/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any bank. Then register online along with the DD details.
- Cash: Obtain form with MAT Bulletin/CD against a cash payment of Rs 1652/- from listed Nodal Centres of AIMA OR from AIMA, New Delhi.
Candidates who have opted for the computer-based test can choose the date and time slot of their choice, subject to availability. While filling up admission forms, candidates need to fill in details of five management institutes during registration. MAT scores will be sent directly to these institutes.
Date and time slot for the exam will be automatically allotted by the system to those candidates who do not select their slot up to four days before the computer-based test.
MAT 2018 Admit Card
MAT 2018 December admit cards will be available for download from November 25, 2017, onwards. Admission Seeker can download their respective cards from AIMA website by entering a name, DOB and application form number.
Specific admit cards will be generated for MAT aspirants who opted for the paper-based test and for the computer-based test. It contains the candidate’s name, forms no, roll no, test date, test time and test venue address. In case of computer-based test, candidates have to strictly follow the date and time allotted.
Note: Admit card will not be mailed to any candidate.

MAT Exam 2018 Result
Candidates can check MAT Exam 2018 results, after the test has been conducted, in the form of overall and sectional scores. MAT December result 2017 will be announced in the 4th week of December. On the basis of the MAT results, students will be shortlisted for the selection procedure. The result of MAT September 2017 was announced on September 21.
MAT Cutoff 2017
Cutoff will declare after result, The participating institutes of MAT shortlist the test takers based on their cutoff marks for the selection procedure. The MAT 2017 cutoff can be either in the form of percentile or score. The cutoff score ranges from 250 to 700 varying from B-School to B-School.
