NTA released NEET UG 2023 OMR response sheet; Candidates Registered Email ID

NTA release NEET UG 2023 OMR response sheet: The NTA (National Testing Agency) issued the candidate’s OMR response sheet for the NEET UG on 4 June. NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) was held on 7 May to shortlist candidates for admission to undergraduate medical courses. The NTA NEET UG OMR sheet has been released to the candidates’ registered email addresses.

Candidates will have to visit neet.nta.nic.in for more details or to download the NEET UG OMR answer sheet. NTA is yet to announce the release date of the answer key and NEET 2023 result.

NEET UG 2023 question paper comprised of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology). Each subject consisted of two sections – Section A had 35 questions, and Section B had 15. Out of the 15 questions in Section B, candidates had to attempt any 10.

How to download NEET UG 2023 OMR sheet

The following are the steps to download NEET UG 2023 OMR sheet:

  1. Go to the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA): neet.nta.nic.in
  2. Click on the “Download OMR sheet” link.
  3. Enter your NEET UG 2023 application number and password.
  4. Click on the “Login” button.
  5. Your NEET UG 2023 OMR sheet will be displayed.
  6. Click on the “Download” button to download your OMR sheet.

NEET UG 2023: Section A Marking Scheme

  1. For the correct answer or the most appropriate answer, four marks (+4) will be given.
  2. For any incorrect option marked, minus one mark (-1)
  3. Unanswered or marked for review questions in NEET UG 2023 will be given no mark (0)
  4. If more than one option is correct in NEET UG 2023, then four marks (+4) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options.
  5. If all options are correct in the NEET UG paper 2023, then four marks (+4) will be awarded to all who have attempted the question.
  6. If none of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong, or a question is dropped, then all candidates who have appeared will be given four marks (+4) irrespective of the fact whether the question has been attempted or not attempted by the candidate.
