Nature of Exam
The first thing to keep in mind that there is a negative marking in exam so it’s not important to attempt all the questions, the important thing is that candidate must answer more correct answers. Now let’s talk about the exam there is a three-hour examination called the Creative Ability Test (CAT) and a two-hour examination called the General Ability Test (GAT). The CAT paper is a drawing paper while the GAT is an MCQ format paper with 100 questions to be attempted in 120 minutes. It includes
- General English (35 questions)
- Comprehension passages (6 to 8 in number with 30 questions in total)
- quantitative (25 questions)
- analytical reasoning (30 questions)
- business domain (30 questions).

Improve your observation and visualization skills
The NIFT entrance exam is basically the ability to imagine and visualize the new design and built the unique design and it is the most important factor that a candidate has and its most essential to improve it. - Challenge yourself by trying new stuff.
