BBA in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure	Admission in BBA in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure candidates should have passed 10+2 with minimum 60% marks.
MBA Programme (Built Environment)	For NS (Non Sponsored) category minimum 50% marks in Graduation with a minimum score of (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT /GMAT) which will be mentioned below in the selection process of MBA Or Amity Written Test on the day of Interview to get admission in MBA in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure. For S (Sponsored) category minimum 50% marks in Graduation with min score of (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT /GMAT) which will be mentioned below in the selection process of MBA Or Amity Written Test on the day of Interview to get admission in MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure.
MBA in Infrastructure Management [Discontinued]	Admission seekers must have a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible. Preference will be given to Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineers, Architecture & Planning, Business Management, and Finance & Economics Graduates. Selection will be based on above eligibility, score in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT /GMAT, English language test, group discussion and a personal interview. Note:- In the absence of CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT score, students will need to appear for an entrance exam held at Amity campus locations.

PG Diploma and PhD Eligibility

Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management	Admission in Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management candidates must have a Graduation degree with minimum marks of 50% from recognized university/college.
PhD in Built Environment	Admission in PhD in Built Environment candidates must have a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Real Estate / Urban Management / Urban Regional Planning / Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering / Economics / Commerce / Law / Architecture /Mathematics / Sociology/ or MBA / MCA from any accredited Indian or Foreign University with a minimum of 55% marks or grade point average 6.

Selection Procedure for MBA: Built Environment
