Sharda University Admission Test- 2022 Process details (Exam Centres)

  • Remember your User Id and Password generated during the application process, as they will be needed for the online exam (SUAT- 2022).
  • After realization of application fee of INR 1500 (for male candidates) and INR 1000 (for female candidates), Sharda University will send the confirmation information for the Exam. AT who will activate the Online Examination Booking System (OEBS) for the applicant. (Note: You may appear for SUAT- 2022 at the University Campus without any prior booking).
  • Through Online Examination Booking System (OEBS), the applicant can book their exam date, time, and exam centre of choice from the available options provided in the Booking System (OEBS).
  • After successfully booking the exam schedule on OEBS, the applicant will be able to generate a Tamper proof admit card containing all the relevant data required for the Examination.
  • Applicants need to carry two copies of the hall ticket to the examination centre with the recent passport size photograph attached to it (Note: Applicant should bring relevant Photo ID proof (Original) and Application Fee Deposit Proof (generated at the time of payment of the exam fee) at the time of SUAT- 2021 examination, without which the applicant will not be eligible to sit in the examination.
  • At the examination centre, the Proctor will check the applicant’s hall ticket and retain one copy that shall be submitted to Sharda University for verification/validation at the Personal Interview.

Important Guidelines for Admissions

  • Pre-qualification examination criteria for all Undergraduate programmes is the completion of Class 12th from any of the recognized boards of India.
  • For foreign nationals, the pre-qualification for applying to all Undergraduate programmes is submitting a certificate equivalent to the Class 12th examination of the country and meeting the equivalence criteria of ‘The Association of Indian Universities.
  • Pre-qualification criteria for all Postgraduate programmes are graduation from any recognized university in India.
  • For foreign nationals, the pre-qualification criteria for all Postgraduate programmes is the submission of a degree awarded by a University in a particular country and meeting the equivalence criteria of ‘The Association of Indian Universities.
  • Applicants who are currently or have appeared for their final year graduation examinations in the year 2021 may also apply for admission to the Post Graduate programme.
  • The University reserves the right to judge a candidate’s capability through GD/PI before the final admission.
  • To qualify for admission to Sharda University in any Undergraduate programme, the applicants must complete 17 years of age on the 31st December of the academic year they seek admission.

How to Apply for Sharda University 2022 Registration Form?

Online Mode Recommended for Fast Track Registration: (Step 1)

  • Register on to Sharda admission portal with your basic details.
  • The system will generate a unique ID & Password (Numeric).
  • The unique identification number so generated will be your identity throughout the admission process.
  • An auto-generated email will be sent to your email id, containing the unique identification number and further process.

Online Mode Recommended for Fast Track Registration: (Step 2)

  • Note: Applicants who qualify the eligibility criteria will be required to appear in SUAT- 2022- Sharda University Admission Test
  • SUAT- 2022 is an aptitude test of 90 minutes that tests a candidate’s problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and language proficiency. The test will have 100 questions consisting of several sections on Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Analysis, English comprehension etc.

While visiting the University, you should bring the following documents:

  • Photocopy of 12th mark sheet
  • Photocopy of 10th mark sheet
  • Photocopy of score card for JEE/ UPSEE/ MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ NATA/ LSAT or any other entrance examination.

Online Mode Recommended for Fast Track Registration: (Steps 3, 4 & 5)

  • Step 4: If selected, the applicant may deposit the fee through Cash/DD at the Sharda University campus or pay online through challan within 15 days of selection.

The admission procedure for UG/PG/Diploma programmes (other than MBBS, BDS & MD programmes) is as follows.
