
Sri Venkateswara College (Venky College) Delhi was established in the year 1961 and is considered as one of the finest colleges of South Campus (University of Delhi). The college is the result of the commitment of three stalwarts in the public domain Smt. Durga Bai Deshmukh, Dr K.L. Rao and Dr C. Anna Rao.
The foundation stone for the Venky College was laid on 20th August’1961 appropriately and auspiciously by Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, India’s outstanding teacher, scholar and statesman. The Venkateswara College works under the benign auspices of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (T.T.D.)
