Regional Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Technology (RIPSAT)
The Regional Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (RIPSAT) was established at Agartala during 1979 with the financial assistance of NEC (North Eastern Council) to cater Diploma course in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) throughout the North Eastern States. Subsequently, the Institute had upgraded into Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) course in addition to D.Pharm course. Both the Diploma and Degree in Pharmacy are approved by Pharmacy Council of India (P.C.I.), All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E) and affiliated to Tripura Board of Pharmacy Education (TBPE) and Tripura University respectively.
