Admission Process

University of Hyderabad application form can be filled online from the official website. Candidates need to pay the category-wise application fee and upload the required documents to submit their application form. To fill the online application form, candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below: 

Step 1: Visit the admission portal of the University of Hyderabad at http://acad.uohyd.ac.in/ee20.html

Step 2: Look for the link to the online application and click on it. You will be redirected to the page of online admission.

Step 3: In case you are a new user, register yourself by clicking on ‘Start New Application’ towards the bottom of the page. And if you are already registered, enter your credentials to continue.

Step 4: The first page of the application form will look like the images shown below. You need to enter your personal and academic details and upload images of your passport-size photograph, signature and caste certificate (if applicable) and click on ‘Submit.

Step 5: Your application number is visible here. You need to provide details about the national level test: GATE/ UGC JRF/ UGC NET.

Step 6: You need to enter your family details including your father’s name, mother’s name, native place, emergency contact number and click on ‘Submit.

Step 7: You need to upload your academic record for cross-verification at the time of admission and click on ‘Submit.

Step 8: Enter all the additional information like blood group, marital status, a category in the section of ‘Miscellaneous Data’ 

Step 9: Enter your residential as well as permanent address and click on ‘Submit’

Step 10: Make the payment by clicking on the icons of SBI or ICICI to pay the fees. The fee has to be paid according to the category: General: Rs 600, EWS: Rs 550, OBC: Rs 400, SC/ ST/ PwD: Rs 275.
