UPCET Seat Matrix 2022 is the number of seats available in various colleges in India. Since this year, National Testing Agency (NTA) has renamed UPSEE UPCET (Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test). The seat matrix of UPCET will help you choose the college of your dream. The counselling procedure will be based on one’s UPCET 2022 exam Scorecard and will be conducted by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh.

Govt. of UP has entrusted conducting the Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET)– 2022 to National Testing Agency (NTA). UPCET covers admission to various courses offered by AKTU, MMMUT and HBTU, and other specified Universities in Uttar Pradesh.

Seat Matrix

UPCET 2022 seat allotment and counselling will be started soon in online mode. The counselling and seat allotment of UPCET will be based on students’ merit, preference of choices and availability of seats. Before we talk about the UPCET seat Matrix, let’s look at the UPCET seat allotment Process.

UPCET Seat Allotment process will be commenced after the declaration of UPCET 2022 results. The aspirants have to follow these steps at the time of checking the UPCET seat allotment.

• First, you have to visit the official website of UPCET
• then enter the ‘UPCET roll number’ and ‘password.’
• Click on ‘login.’
• Once the candidate logs in then, they will be able to view their UPCET seat allotment results.
• After logging in, the candidate could also download their provisional seat allotment letter.

UPCET Seat Allotment Process – Willingness of the Candidates

The allotted candidates will have to choose whether to accept the seat or withdraw to apply for up graduation and participate in the further rounds of counselling. Once the candidates were allotted their seats, they would have to choose one of the following steps:

Freezing:- This option then means that the candidate is satisfied with his allotted seat and wishes to accept the admission.

Floating:- If the candidates select this option, the candidate can hold onto the allotted seat while applying for up-gradation in the next rounds of counselling.

Reservation of Seats under different Schemes in the first year (which are subject to change even upto the date of admission, as per the orders of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh).
