PM Modi inaugurates Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Chikkaballapur

On the 25th of March 2023, India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, inaugurated the Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Chikkaballapur, Karnataka. The medical institute is named after Sri Madhusudan Sai, a philanthropist who dedicated his life to serving the poor and needy. Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences will be offering all its 100 MBBS seats free of cost from 2023-24.

The Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research is a state-of-the-art facility that will provide healthcare services to the people of Chikkaballapur and surrounding areas. The hospital has been built with the latest technology and equipment and will offer a wide range of medical services including cardiology, neurology, oncology, and orthopaedics.

The hospital also has a dedicated research centre, where scientists and medical professionals will work together to develop new treatments and cures for various diseases. The centre will focus on researching diseases prevalent in India and developing cost-effective treatments that can be made available to everyone.
