Andhra Pradesh NEET PG Medical Counselling 2021 application form: Dr NTR University of Health Science released the revised notification inviting online application forms for admissions into Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma Courses, 2021-22 under State Government Quota seats in Andhra Pradesh, including SVIMS, Tirupati, from 11.00 AM on 24-12-2021 to 05.00 PM on 31-12-2021. Candidates who have already applied earlier to the Notifications vide reference 1st cited need not apply again at pg.ntruhsadmissions.com
Service candidates:
As per G.O Ms.No. 150, dt.11-12-2021 of HM & FW (C1) Dept., Government of AP, the following are the reservations for in-service candidates:
- Out of 50% of the seats in the State Government quota, 30% of clinical & 50% of non-clinical seats will be exclusively allocated to in-service candidates serving in Government Health Institutions in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
- The seats in the above categories MD/MS will be filled up based on the marks obtained in the NEET-PG examination.
- The candidates should have a leftover service of 10 years at least.
- The Candidates, before seeking admission under the in-service quota should complete;
- i. In Tribal areas: minimum three (3) years of regular and continuous service in PHCs/CHCs/Area Hospitals/District Hospitals/Sample Survey cum assessment units/Leprosy temporary hospitalization wards & any Tribal Institute recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- ii. In Rural areas: minimum four (4) years of regular and continuous service in PHCs/CHCs/Area Hospitals/District Hospitals /MCH/ Sample Survey cum assessment units/Leprosy Control Units/Leprosy temporary hospitalization wards/Mobile Medical Units & any Rural Institute recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- iii. Minimum seven (7) years of continuous regular service in AP Medical & Health Services / A.P.V.V.P./AP Insurance Medical Services/ University of Health Sciences. (Contd…)
- Service rendered up to 30-11-2021 will be considered.
- All the candidates who are in-service and seeking admission to the Post Graduate (Medical) courses shall submit the online application with details of their services in a prescribed proforma in Annexures IV-A & IV-B.
- Candidates shall upload the “Eligibility Service Certificate” issued by the concerned Head of the Department in the prescribed form along with other scanned certificates.
- Applications that the “Eligibility Service Certificate does not accompany” will not be considered.
