Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the NAMO Medical College in Silvassa. In the tweet, PM Modi said a seafront project would be launched in Daman. As per official details, PM Modi will reach Silvassa, the capital of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, on April 25, where he will inaugurate the ‘NAMO Medical College’, funded by the central government. He will also inaugurate other allied buildings on the campus, built at the cost of Rs 203 crores. The Daman Seafront project started in May 2018 and was completed in March 2023. The project was completed at the expense of Rs 165.10 crores.
