UP NEET PG Counselling Round 2 registration 2021: The Directorate of Medical Education has started the Round-2 PG Online Registration process from 4th February 2022 to 7th February 2022. The candidates willing to participate in the next Uttar Pradesh NEET Counselling can now join as the registration process is LIVE. The authority has already completed the round-1 process of UP NEET PG Counselling 2021. Several candidates have participated in the first round and got their preferred colleges. But some candidates who have rejected the first offer letter and want to join in the next round can now participate and have another opportunity to study in the best government/private medical college of Uttar Pradesh.
Moreover, this opportunity is for the fresh candidates who haven’t registered in the first round of counselling but are willing to participate. How to Apply in the UP NEET PG Counselling 2021?
Follow the below steps:
- The candidates have to visit the official website to register.
- The candidates have to insert their NEET PG Roll number and E-mail id.
- After sign up, the candidates can fill all the details mentioned in the form.
- The candidates need to upload the documents.
- After submitting all the details and uploading of documents, candidates can save and proceed for the fee payment.
- After making fee payment through ( Netbanking, credit/debit cards), the candidate can download the forms.

- MBBS Certificate.
- MBBS 3rd Part II mark sheet.
- Medical Registration Certificate.
- Internship Completion Certificate.
- Photo identity proof in the form of Certificate with an attested photo from Head of Institution last studied/Copy of Passport/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License (Self-attested photocopy after verifying with the original documents).
- Copy of: Birth Certificate for proof of age (if the date of birth not given in the HSC mark sheet/ certificate).
- NEET Score Card.
- Copy of Online Counselling Registration Certificate.
- Sponsorship Certificate from State Govt. If applicable.
- Passport size Photographs 8 copies.
