Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2021 Seat Matrix: The State Common Entrance Test Cell released the Seat Matrix and Selection List of Second Round for Maharashtra NEET UG Round 2 Counselling for MBBS/BDS Courses at the official website (cetcell.net). According to the timetable below, the Competent Authority has decided to Conduct Round 2 of the State Quota. This round will include Newly Permitted Seats and seats that have become available as a result of people not joining or cancelling their allotted seats after the first round.

Filling of Status Retention Form Submission
- If a Candidates who has already allotted a seat, wishes to participate in the Next/Subsequent Rounds- the status retention form should not be filled by them.
- If a Candidate has get a seat and are no longer want to participate in the Next/Subsequent Rounds- have to fill the status retention form.
- To fill the Status Retention form, it is the choice of the candidate no one or institution can force the candidate to fill the retention form.
The schedule for the subsequent rounds will be released as soon as possible. The hopeful candidate should go to www.mahacet.org, the website of the State CET Cell.
Document Required at the time of Verification
- Admit card of NEET UG 2021.
- Copy of Online Application Form (Latest) filled on www.mahacet.org.
- NEET-UG 2021 Mark sheet.
- Nationality certificate issued by District Magistrate/Addl. District Magistrate or Metropolitan Magistrate (Competent Authority for the issue of such certificate)/ valid Indian passport /School Leaving Certificate of HSC/12th Std. indicating the nationality of the candidate as Indian.
- Domicile Certificate issued by District Magistrate/Metropolitan Magistrate/ Addl. District Magistrate or Competent Authority for the issue of such certificate.
- H.S.C. (or equivalent) examination mark sheet.
- SSC (or equivalent) passing certificate (for Date of Birth).
- Aadhar Card
Medical fitness certificate (Annexure – H) If applicable :

Non Creamy layer Certificate valid up to 31/03/2022 (For DT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D & OBC including SBC). - D1/D2/D3: Ex-servicemen Certificate /actual service certificate.

- D3: Transfer certificate and Domicile of other than Maharashtra certificate of parents.
- Eligibility Certificate for EWS category issued by Competent Authority issued after 31/03/2021.
- MKB: Disputed area certificate, Mother tongue certificate, SSC/HSC from MKB area.
- For Person with disability (PWD) Candidates – Medical Fitness Certificate of Authorized Medical Board.
- For Minority Candidates.
- For Orphan – respective certificate from Women and Child Welfare Department.
