The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur is set to release the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 scorecard today, March 23. If you’ve passed the GATE exam this year, you can grab your scorecard from the official website – gate2024.iisc.ac.in. They announced the GATE 2024 results on March 16.
This scorecard holds important details like your name, scores, All India Rank, passing marks, and the number of people who took the exam. It’s valid for three years from the date it’s issued.
You won’t get a physical copy of the scorecard, so save an electronic copy for later.
Eligible candidates can download the scorecard for free from March 23 to May 31. After that, from June 1 to December 31, 2024, there’s a fee of Rs 500 per test paper for downloading. Remember, no scorecards will be available after January 1, 2025.

- Look for the link to download the GATE 2024 scorecard.
- Log in using your required credentials.
- Navigate to the GATE scorecard tab.
- Your GATE 2024 scorecard will be shown on the screen.
- Download the scorecard and make sure to print it out for future reference.
About 129,268 candidates successfully qualified for the entrance exam out of over 8.26 lakh students who applied for GATE 2024, with more than 6.5 lakh taking the exam. The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) conducted the GATE 2024 on February 3, 4, 10, and 11.
This year, a new paper on data science and artificial intelligence was introduced, bringing the total number of papers to 30. The new paper attracted 52,743 applications, of which 39,210 candidates appeared for the test, with 8,378 passing.
