The admission Process for Health Science Courses in the State of Maharashtra will require the NEET All India Rank of the candidate to be filled during the Registration Process; candidates can fill their application form at the official website, info.mahacet.org/CAP2021/NEET_UG
Filling up the Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2021 Online Registration form with all the relevant information is mandatory to apply for admission to various health science courses, including MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/ BUMS/ BPTh/ BOTh/ BASLP/ B(P&O)/ B.Sc. (Nursing). According to the counselling schedule, upload a coloured scanned copy of requisite original documents until 06 January 2022. Only NEET All India Rank needs to be filled up during the Online Registration Process. No other Rank should be entered.

The candidate should upload all the requisite documents during online registration.
- All original documents must be produced at the time of the document verification process.
- Please note that the candidate must upload a coloured scanned copy of the Original Documents after the payment is successfully made. Photocopies of documents should NOT be uploaded.
- The size of the Document must be less than 300 KB.
- The Document must be uploaded in PDF Format ONLY.
- The uploaded documents will be e-verified and errors if any shall be notified to the
candidate in his/her login and through SMS.

Instructions Regarding Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2021 Registration Fees
- Candidates who have selected state quota and paid Rs.1000/- are eligible for state quota for all the courses (MBBS/ BDS BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BPTH/ BOTH/ BASLP/ B P&O/ B.Sc. Nursing).
- Candidates who are registered under State Quota and paid Rs.1000/- are eligible for Institutional Quota for all other courses BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BPTH/ BOTH/ BASLP/ B P&O/ B.Sc. Nursing (except MBBS & BDS).
- Candidates who wish to apply only for Institutional quota for MBBS & BDS should select MBBS & BDS under Institutional Quota and pay Rs.5000/-
- Candidates who wish to apply for Both State Quota & Institutional Quota for MBBS & BDS should select Both and Pay Rs.6000/- (Rs.1000/- + Rs.5000/-)
- OMS candidates can only apply for the Institutional Quota of all health science courses – for MBBS & BDS they should pay Rs.5000/- And for all other courses (BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BPTH/ BOTH/ BASLP/ B P&O/B.Sc.Nursing) should pay Rs.1000/-
- Candidates who have applied for Institutional Quota for MBBS & BDS are also eligible for Institutional Quota for all other courses.
