MCC NEET Counselling Guidelines for Hybrid Mode of Reporting 2021: The Medical Counselling Committee has released the notice on the Hybrid mode of reporting, which means the candidates can do the online reporting because of the covid situation, candidates can face problems in reporting physically. Therefore, the committee has found a way and released all the guidelines for the candidates who want to report online for admission to the allotted colleges. The candidates are requested to check the policies carefully on the official website (mcc.nic.in) and consider the steps mentioned on the official notice by the authority.

As we know, on 3rd February 2022, the final revised seat allotment result is released by the committee after making a few changes to the candidate’s seat allotment. Meanwhile, the reporting to colleges is already started from 3rd February 2022; all the candidates who want to report physically have to download the Fresh Provisional letter from the website. After that, they can report to the colleges with the necessary documents mentioned in the e-information brochure. The candidate can go through the documents details and fee payment to fulfil their admission procedure.

There are the latest guidelines released by the authority the candidates have both the choices to report themselves whether through offline mode or online mode. In regards to the notice, reporting to the colleges, the candidates who are not able to report physically can report through an online procedure which is mentioned below or on the official website:

Important Instructions candidates need to follow:

  1. The candidates who want to report through online mode can join the allotted college by sending a confirmatory email regarding acceptance of seats and uploading scanned copies of relevant documents as mentioned in e-information brochure. Hence, the verification of the documents has been done by the allotted college through scanned copies send by the candidates.
  2. The candidate who want upgradation in round-2 while retaining in round-1 have to physicall report to the colleges to the earliest time mentioned.
  3. The candidates who are reporting online, should ensure about the admission letter, that thye must be received and able to download from the official website, without admission letter the online reporting will be considered as null/void.
  4. The candidates can check out the email id/ Phone number/ Nodal officer of colleges on the official website.
  5. The Candidates can pay the requisite fees to the allotted colleges through their authorized portal to be notified in advance by the college authorities on the college website.
  6. All admission made online will be considered provisional, after the candidate visit the colleges physicall will consider their admission final after verification of documents.
  7. The candidates who want to resign from round-1 process, have to resign through 16 february 2022 at 4 pm. The Online resignation will considered as appropriate one, if the candidate resign offline that will be considered as null/void.
  8. The candidates who want to avail ” free exit” they do not want to visit the allotted colleges.
  9. The Online reporting is only valid when the candidate is having covid or any other family members are dealing with it.Otherwise, they have to report to the college at the time given to them.
