Career Counseling- The Cell arranges both One-on-One and group career counselling

• DIT University Dehradun Placement Year – Special Soft Skill Training is arranged to enhance the cluster of personality traits, social graces, communication, language, interpersonal skills, etc., characterising relationships with others.

• 2 Years—40 Hours of Value-Added Training related to special software to enhance the students’ technical skills.
• 3 Year—80 hours of rigorous Aptitude Training to enhance the students’ aptitude (numerical, verbal, reasoning, and analytical skills). Special care is taken for the aptitude training since this is considered the initial screening level in any placement process.

Industrial Training & Projects

B.E./B. TECH: DIT University All students of various engineering disciplines must undergo two months of summer training under the joint supervision of industry supervisors and DIT faculty.

MCA:-DIT University Similarly, the students of MCA do a System Development Project (SDP) with a minimum duration of sixteen weeks in the last semester of their course from January to June.

M.TECH: The final-year DIT University students of M.TECH have to do Thesis work in an organisation of their choice from January to June.

MBA: MBA students undergo two months of training at the end of their first year, from May to July every year.
