The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released an important notification for UGMAC 2025 Stray Vacancy Round-2 Online Application and Choice Filling. Eligible NEET UG 2025 candidates can now apply for vacant seats in BDS, B.V.Sc & A.H., and B.Sc Poultry Production courses in Government and Private colleges of Bihar.
Who Can Apply?
- Candidates who did not register or submit the application earlier.
- Candidates who registered earlier but did not pay counselling fee/security deposit.
- Candidates who submitted the form earlier but are now giving Consent/Willingness for Stray Vacancy Round-2.
- Candidates seeking admission in:
- Government Dental Colleges
- Government Veterinary Colleges
- Private Dental Colleges
- Newly introduced B.Sc in Poultry Production at Bihar Veterinary College, Patna

Who Cannot Apply?
Candidates are not eligible if they:
- Have already been allotted/admitted through UGMAC Round-1, Round-2, Round-3 or Stray Vacancy Round.
- Have taken admission through AIQ NEET UG 2025 in any round including Stray Vacancy.
- Are already admitted to any Medical/Dental College in India.

- Last Date to Lock Choices: 15 December 2025 (11:59 PM)
- Rank Card Release: 16 December 2025
- Seat Allotment Result: 18 December 2025
- Allotment Order Download: 18–20 December 2025
- Document Verification & Admission: 19–20 December 2025
Important Details
- Counselling fee ranges from ₹600 to ₹1200, depending on the category.
- Security deposit varies by institution type (₹5,000 to ₹2,00,000).
- Fresh choice filling is mandatory for those whose previous choices became null & void.
- Seat allotment will be based on merit-cum-choice.
- Candidates must check the updated seat matrix before filling choices.
NRI Candidates
Those applying for NRI quota must choose “NRI” during registration and submit the required documents during verification as per MCC guidelines.
