Haryana NEET UG 2025: Revised MBBS/BDS Fees & New Bond Policy Announced

Haryana revises 2025 medical fees, introduces bond policy for govt service, explore to know more details.

The Government of Haryana has officially published the fee structure for MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2025. Alongside this, a student-friendly Service Incentive Bond Policy has been introduced to encourage medical graduates to serve in government healthcare institutions.

MBBS Course Fee Structure

For Government Medical Colleges, the annual MBBS tuition fees range from ₹80,000 in the first year to ₹1,00,327 in the fourth year with the fifth-year fee set at ₹63,546. The total comes to ₹4,22,910 for the full course.

In Government-Aided Colleges like MAMC Agroha, the annual tuition fee is a consistent ₹1,80,000 except for the fifth year which is ₹90,000 bringing the total to ₹8,10,000.

For Private Medical Colleges the annual MBBS tuition fee is ₹12 lakhs with a 7.5% increase each year.

NRI fees vary by institution, with government colleges charging up to $1,25,000 USD for the full course.

BDS Course Fee Structure

At PGIDS, Rohtak (Government Dental College), the BDS course fees total ₹52,090 per year.

In Private Dental Colleges, the tuition is ₹2.8 lakhs annually, with a 5% yearly hike.

NRI students pay $44,000 USD for the entire BDS course.

Service Incentive Bond

To address the shortage of government medical staff, Haryana now offers a collateral-free education loan scheme linked to a bond system. Here’s how it works:

  • Upon MBBS completion, candidates can serve in government institutions instead of repaying a ₹30 lakh bond.
  • The bond amount is reduced by the total course fee paid. For example:
    • Govt. Medical Colleges: ₹25,77,090 (male), ₹23,19,381 (female).
    • Govt. Aided Colleges (MAMC Agroha): ₹21,90,000 (male), ₹19,71,000 (female).
  • Candidates can choose government jobs, repay in monthly installments, or pay the full bond in one go.
  • If a student joins government service, the Haryana government pays the full bond and interest.

Candidates also have the flexibility to:

  • Switch between payment options anytime.
  • Pursue post-graduation (PG) studies, which reduces the service bond duration accordingly.
  • Repay partially if employed in private/self-sector but earning less than 1.5 times the government salary.

Key Highlights for 2025 Admissions

  • Applicable to MBBS students from 2020-21 onwards and to MAMC Agroha students from 2022-23.
  • NRI quota students are not covered under the incentive bond.
  • Students can apply for PG courses anywhere in India.
  • A dedicated online portal will soon be launched for smoother implementation.
