The Manipur Super 50 initiative, launched in 2023, aims to support academically talented yet economically disadvantaged youth through structured preparation for national-level exams. The project provides not only academic coaching but also mentorship, life skills training, and career guidance.
Officials from the Indian Army emphasized that the initiative reflects the military’s continued commitment to youth empowerment and nation-building, particularly in conflict-affected and remote regions.
Parents and community leaders expressed deep gratitude during the event, acknowledging the programme’s transformative impact on students’ lives and the educational landscape of the region.
The success of the Manipur Super 50 adds to the growing list of similar Army-led educational initiatives that have demonstrated remarkable outcomes in Jammu & Kashmir and other northeastern states.
