According to the official notice issued by the university, the Special Stray Vacancy Round has been conducted to fill the MBBS seats that remained vacant after completion of regular counselling rounds. The university has clarified that seat allotment in the Special Stray Vacancy Round is final, and candidates must report to the allotted medical college within the stipulated period for verification of documents and payment of fees. Failure to report within the notified schedule will result in forfeiture of the allotted seat, which may then be treated as vacant.

No upgradation or further counselling

Officials have informed that the Special Stray Vacancy Round is conducted on a “no upgradation” basis. Candidates allotted a seat in this round will not be eligible for further counselling or internal sliding, and no fresh options will be provided once the allotment is made.
