KEA AYUSH NEET 2025: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the official schedule for the Special Stray Vacancy Round (Fourth Stray Round) for AYUSH courses under NEET UG -2025. This round is being conducted to fill AYUSH seats that remain vacant even after the third stray round, as per the directions of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
According to the notification dated 16 January 2026, the last date for admission to UG AYUSH courses has been extended till 23 January 2026. The special stray vacancy round will include all unfilled AYUSH seats after the fourth stray round, including seats cancelled or not reported by candidates.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Only candidates who possess original documents need to attend the process.
- Candidates must submit the entire seat fee through Demand Draft (DD) payable to the Executive Director, KEA, Bengaluru.
- Eligible UGNEET candidates (including those not previously registered with KEA) can participate if AYUSH seats are available.
- Candidates already admitted to medical, dental, or AYUSH courses, or allotted seats in previous rounds (including stray rounds), are not eligible.
- Candidates who have reported to colleges earlier or have been allotted seats in any stray vacancy round are barred from participation.
KEA has advised candidates to carefully read the earlier notification dated 25 November 2025, as all instructions and guidelines mentioned therein will also apply to this special round.
