The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Government of Kerala, has announced a revised schedule for the third phase of state counselling for MBBS/BDS admissions under KEAM 2025. The change follows the updated schedule released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on October 13, 2025.
According to the notification, candidates can use the Option Confirmation/Deletion/Re-arrangement facility for MBBS and BDS courses until October 22, 2025, 11:59 PM on the official website www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

The provisional allotment for the third round will be published on October 24, 2025, based on the confirmed options, and the final allotment will follow on October 25, 2025. Students allotted seats in this round must complete their admission formalities by November 1, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
Candidates who wish to vacate seats from Phase I and II may do so by forfeiting the Option Registration Fee on or before October 22, 2025, 5:00 PM.
Join NEET News 2025 Additionally, NRI candidates with expiring or expired documents can confirm their options with a self-declaration from their sponsor. However, they must submit the original documents or acknowledgment by October 22, 2025 (11:59 PM). Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of NRI status and allotment under the NRI quota.
