The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has officially released the KEAM 2025 MBBS/BDS Stray Vacancy Allotment on its website cee.kerala.gov.in. This is the final round of the Kerala MBBS and BDS admission process for the 2025-26 academic year.
As per the notification, candidates who have been allotted seats in the stray vacancy round can now download their Allotment Memo from the candidate login portal. The memo includes essential information such as:
- Candidate Name
- Roll Number
- Allotted Course
- Allotted College
- Category of Allotment
- Fee Details
CEE Kerala has instructed all candidates to remit the applicable fees and join the allotted college between November 17, 2025 and November 20, 2025 (4:00 PM). Failure to report within the stipulated timeline will result in cancellation of the allotment.

Fee Concession Guidelines
Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC/Fishermen categories and those eligible as per
- G.O. (MS) 25/2005/SCSTDD, dated 20.06.2005
- G.O. (MS) 10/2014/BCDD, dated 23.05.2014
are exempted from paying the tuition fee during admission.
However, students allotted under Minority/NRI Quota seats in self-financing medical and dental colleges must pay the fees as specified in the allotment memo and will not be eligible for any fee concession.
Steps to Check KEAM 2025 MBBS/BDS Stray Vacancy Allotment
- Visit the official CEE Kerala website: cee.kerala.gov.in
- Click on the KEAM 2025 candidate portal
- Log in using the application number and password
- Download the Allotment Memo
- Check the fee structure and reporting instructions
- Report to the allotted college before 4 PM, November 20, 2025
