New Delhi, 13th October: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued the final schedule of NEET UG 2025 Round 3 and Online Stray Vacancy Round.
The schedule covers all of the crucial stages for MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc. Nursing admissions under All India Quota (AIQ), Deemed Universities, and Central Universities, including registration, choice filling, seat allocation, results, and reporting.

Announcement of the Round 3 Final Schedule
Since September 29, 2025, the Round 3 payment and registration window has remained open and will remain so until October 9, 2025 (up to 3:00 PM based on server time). Candidates should use this time to complete their registration and payment.
Selecting and Locking the Window
Starting on September 30, 2025, the Round 3 choice filling and locking procedure will be accessible until October 16, 2025 (11:55 PM). On October 16, 2025, between 4:00 PM and 11:55 PM, the candidates can confirm their selections.
Join NEET News 2025 Dates of Seat Assignment and Results
The seat allocation schedule will occur between October 17th, 2025, and October 18th, 2025. On October 18, 2025, MCC will release the Round 3 result, which will allow the candidate to see the colleges to which they have been assigned.
Reporting to Colleges
Following the release of results, shortlisted students have to report at the colleges they are alloted between October 19 to October 27, 2025, to finalize their admission with all the papers. After that, the institutes will verify the joined candidates’ information between October 28 to October 29, 2025.

Online Stray Vacancy Round to Start After Round 3
In order to fill any stray vacant seats remaining, MCC will conduct an Online Stray Vacancy Round following the completion of Round 3. The tentative seat matrix verification by the institutes participating will be done on October 30, 2025.
Registration and Payment Window
The Stray Vacancy Round may be registered and paid for by the candidates between October 30 and November 3, 2025 (up to 3:00 PM as per server time).
Schedule for Choice Filling and Locking
From November 1 to November 5, 2025, the choice filling window will be open, and on November 5, 2025, choice locking will take place from 4:00 PM to 11:55 PM.
Distribution, Outcomes, and Documentation
The Stray Vacancy Round result will be announced on November 8, 2025, and the seat allocation will occur on November 6 and 7, 2025. The chosen applicants must report to their designated institutes between November 9 and November 15, 2025.

MCC Issues Important Instructions
For the purpose of smooth implementation of the counselling process, MCC has directed all the participant colleges to consider Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted holidays as working days during this duration.
Pre-reporting in advance and document verification were also stressed by the Committee so that there would be no delay at the last moment.
