NEET UG 2025 Round 3: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued an important notice for all NEET UG 2025 candidates who are either NRI/OCI or seeking conversion from Indian nationality to NRI status for admission under the NRI quota.
In compliance with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) revised guidelines dated 30 July 2025, candidates must submit fresh documents for NEET UG 2025 Round 3 Counselling to be considered for NRI quota seats.

MCC NRI Quota Documents for NEET UG 2025 Round 3
The MCC has clearly listed the documents to be submitted. All documents should be complete and in the prescribed format (Annexure I).
NEET UG Credentials
- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card
- NEET UG 2025 Score Card
Proof of NRI Status of Parent/Relative
Any one or combination of the following:
- Valid Passport
- Visa / Residence Permit / Work Permit
- OCI/PIO Card (if applicable)
- NRI Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (Embassy / Indian Consulate)
Relationship Certificate
- Certificate of Relationship between the NRI relative and the candidate, issued by the competent Revenue Authority (Family Tree mandatory).

Financial Sponsorship
- Affidavit (Notarised) by the NRI relative stating they will sponsor the entire course fee and living expenses of the candidate.
- NRE (Non-Resident External) Bank Account Passbook to support the affidavit.
Academic Documents
- Class 10th & 12th mark sheets and passing certificates
- Birth certificate
Passport Copies (Optional but Recommended)
- Passport of the candidate
- Passport of the sponsoring NRI relative
Special Instructions
- Candidates must send documents afresh for Round 3, even if they submitted them in earlier rounds but were not found eligible.
- Those already converted to NRI status in earlier rounds need not send documents again.
- Candidates should enclose all documents in a single email within the deadline.
