New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially extended the Choice Filling deadline for the Stray Vacancy Round of NEET UG Counselling 2025. As per the latest notice on the official MCC website, candidates can now fill and lock their choices till 11:55 PM on November 11, 2025.
The Choice Locking will be activated at 4:00 PM on November 10, 2025, and remain open until 11:55 PM on November 11, 2025.
This extension gives another chance to aspirants who could not complete their choice filling for MBBS and BDS seats under the All India Quota (AIQ), Deemed, Central Universities, and AIIMS/INI institutes.

How to Apply for NEET UG 2025 Stray Round Counselling
Candidates can follow these steps to complete their choice filling and locking process:
- Visit the official MCC website- https://mcc.nic.in.
- Click on “UG Medical Counselling 2025” section.
- Log in using your NEET UG Roll Number and Password.
- Click on “Choice Filling” and select preferred medical and dental colleges.
- Review all your filled choices carefully.
- Once finalized, click on “Choice Locking” (available from 4:00 PM on November 10).
- Download and save a copy of the locked choices for future reference.

Documents Required for NEET UG 2025 Stray Round Counselling
Candidates must keep the following documents ready during choice filling and reporting:
- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card
- NEET UG 2025 Scorecard
- Class 10th Marksheet & Certificate
- Class 12th Marksheet & Certificate
- Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License)
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- Passport-size photographs (same as used in NEET application)
- Provisional Allotment Letter (for reporting after seat allotment)
