New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the NEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip on its official website – neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have registered for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate (NEET UG) now able to download their city slips to check their allotted exam cities using login credentials.
As per the official update from NTA, the NEET UG 2025 city intimation slip is now available for download. The NEET 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 4, 2025, in offline (pen-and-paper) mode across various cities in India and abroad.

The City Intimation Slip is a pre-admit card document that mentions the exam city where a candidate’s NEET UG 2025 exam center will be located. It helps aspirants plan their travel and stay arrangements accordingly. However, this is not the admit card.

How to Download NEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip?
Follow the steps below to download your city slip:
- Visit the official NTA NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the “NEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip” link on the homepage
- Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security PIN
- Click on the Submit button
- Your City Intimation Slip will be displayed on the screen
- Download and save it for future reference
Important Note:
- The city slip is NOT the admit card. The official NEET UG 2025 admit card will be released separately, most likely in the May, 1.
- Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website and their registered email/SMS for updates.
