The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the NEET UG 2025 results along with the category-wise cutoff scores required for admission to undergraduate medical courses across India. These cutoffs represent the minimum qualifying marks candidates must obtain to be eligible for courses like MBBS, BDS, AYUSH and others.
Cutoff scores vary annually due to several influencing factors, such as the number of candidates, difficulty level of the exam, and reservation categories (General, OBC, SC, ST etc). While meeting the minimum cutoff qualifies candidates to participate in the All India Quota (AIQ) and respective state quota counselling, securing admission to top-tier government colleges like AIIMS, AFMC or MAMC typically requires significantly higher scores.
