Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee (OJEE) has released the official Final Reporting Schedule and Instructions for candidates allotted seats in the BAMS/BHMS Upgradation Round Counselling 2025. All newly upgraded candidates must report in person at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar, on 19 November 2025 for provisional admission.
According to the notice, candidates must carry all required original documents, admission fee payment proof, and other essential papers to complete the reporting process.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Admission fees must be paid online.
If online payment fails, fees may be paid through a Demand Draft in favor of OJEE, payable at Bhubaneswar. - Bring all original certificates, mark sheets, and a set of photocopies.
- The Final Admission Letter will be issued only after submission of nativity certificate, CLC, and fee payment.
- Reporting rules:
- Candidates upgraded after choosing FLOAT in previous rounds do not need to report again.
- Candidates who selected FREEZE can download the final allotment letter and report directly to their allotted college later as per OJEE instructions.
- After the final counselling, OJEE will send the list of admitted students and fees to the respective institutes.
