1. Admission Fee and Security Deposit has to be paid at admission. Security deposit is refunded on Graduation after deduction of any recoveries
2. Hostel Fees are similar to the same for Indian students. Hostel fees above are for standard twin sharing rooms only. The student may choose an AC twin sharing hostel room depending on availability. The student has to pay ₹6,500 extra per year for AC accommodation. The student will also have to pay for the electricity consumption of AC rooms. The electricity meter will measure the consumption of AC only. The charges for the fan and light are already included in hostel charges. The costs of electricity consumption for AC will be shared between both room occupants.
3. The use of mess and laundry services from the University authorised vendor is mandatory for all students. Advances for Mess and Laundry are ₹20,500 and ₹ 2,000 per semester, respectively. Dean-Student Welfare communicates any change in these charges.
4. To maintain high Academic Standards, Shiv Nadar University takes these criteria very seriously. Students are advised to concentrate on studies suitable from when they join the Universit4.
5. Course is taken over and above the required credits will be charged separately @ ₹ 6,000 per credit. A maximum of 7 credits can be taken during the Summer Semester. The hostel, tuition, mess and laundry fees for Summer Semesters (if required) will be payable over and above the fees given here. Summer charges are as follows :
● Hostel – ₹ 17,000 ● Mess – ₹ 4,000 (Per Month) ● Laundry – ₹ 400 (Per Month)
6. In the interest of creating an egalitarian institution, the hostel configuration is pre-decided for all undergraduate programs
7. A hostel room may be upgraded or downgraded by the University based on room availability.
