SMIMS MBBS Admission 2025: Key Instructions for Candidates
- Fee Payment & Reporting: Last date for fee payment and physical reporting with original documents is 24th August 2025.
- Single Seat Rule: If a candidate secures multiple category seats, only one (as per allotment rules) will be retained; others will be cancelled.
- Confirmation of Admission: Admission is confirmed only after successful fee payment and document verification.
- Seat Upgrade: Candidates are eligible for automatic upgrades to higher preference categories, subject to seat availability from withdrawals.
- Withdrawal Policy: Any upgrade after admission requires withdrawal from the allotted seat as per institute rules.
- Hostel Allotment: Hostel rooms will be allotted during physical joining, after hostel fee payment and verification.
- Provisional Allotment: All seats remain provisional until physical verification of documents is completed.
