UP AYUSH Counselling 2025: The UP AYUSH Counselling Authority has issued an official notification regarding the physical document verification for candidates participating in Stray Vacancy Round 4 of AYUSH admissions 2025. The process is a mandatory step for eligible candidates seeking admission to AYUSH undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the state of UP.

As per the notification, candidates who have been considered under Stray Round 4 must appear in person for document verification at the designated centres. This verification is mandatory to confirm eligibility, authenticity of credentials, and compliance with counselling rules before final admission is granted.

Who Needs to Appear for Verification?

The physical verification process applies to:

  • Candidates selected under Stray Vacancy Round 4
  • Aspirants allotted seats or under consideration for final seat allocation
  • Candidates who have completed earlier counselling formalities but are part of the stray round process

Failure to appear for physical verification may lead to cancellation of candidature, even if a seat is provisionally allotted.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Admission against provisionally allotted seats through Stray Round- 4 is mandatory for candidates
  • Candidates declared ineligible by AACCC-2025 will not be allowed to participate in UP AYUSH Counselling 2025
  • Candidates must be personally present; no representative or proxy is allowed
  • Verification will be done strictly as per the schedule and guidelines issued by the counselling authority

Documents to Be Verified

Candidates are required to carry all original documents, along with self-attested photocopies, including:

  • AYUSH counselling registration slip
  • Allotment letter (if issued)
  • NEET scorecard and admit card
  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
  • Valid photo identity proof
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile certificate (if applicable)
  • A passport-size photograph must be the same as the one uploaded during NEET UG 2025.
  • Valid identity documents include: Driving License, Photo Bank Passbook, PAN Card, Passport, or final college-issued photo ID.
  • Candidates whose Aadhaar could not be verified during registration must be present with physical Aadhaar card during verification.
  • Clear printouts of online registration and fee payment receipts must be carried for counselling.

Note:

  • Candidates claiming reservation under Armed Forces/Ex-servicemen/Disability must submit relevant certificates/NC Certificate. These certificates will be verified for authenticity.
  • Only certificates issued by the Uttar Pradesh state government will be valid for reservation. Certificates from other states will not be accepted.
  • Certificates issued by the Government of India for seats under State Quota will not be valid.
  • Other Backward Class (OBC) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificates are valid only if issued in the prescribed format by a competent authority and dated 01.04.2025 or later.

Authorities may also verify additional documents as per counselling guidelines.

Important Instructions for Candidates

The counselling authority has clearly stated that:

  • Physical presence is mandatory
  • No proxy or online verification will be allowed
  • Candidates must strictly follow the schedule and reporting instructions
  • Incomplete documentation can result in disqualification
